What I do is difficult to define under a single title.

It is not traditional CV consulting. It is not standard recruitment. Over 26 years, I have built a working model that reads careers strategically, psychologically and commercially at the same time — and translates that understanding into outcomes that matter: the right role, the right hire, the right positioning in the market.

I work with senior professionals and executives who are repositioning themselves in the UK and EU market. I also work with companies that need more than keyword-matching — organisations that need the right person, with the right leadership profile, at the right moment in their growth.

The Problem I Solve

Most experienced professionals are not struggling because they lack capability. They are struggling because their real value is not visible.

Their CV describes duties rather than impact. Their LinkedIn profile reads like a job description rather than a leadership narrative. Years of significant achievement remain buried under generic corporate language.

My role is to uncover that story. The leadership decisions, the invisible achievements, the commercial impact, the crisis management, and to position all of it in a language that senior recruiters and hiring directors actually respond to.

How I Work

I begin with a deep analysis of your full career history. Not titles and dates, but your actual influence, the decisions you made, the value you created and what has never been properly articulated on paper.

Through a detailed questionnaire and a focused positioning conversation, I identify the real scope of your professional impact, the achievements that are currently invisible to the market, how your profile is being read by recruiters right now, and precisely what needs to change to reach your target roles and market.

From there, I build your positioning strategy. This typically spans CV rewriting, LinkedIn optimisation, executive storytelling, interview strategy, recruiter visibility and, where relevant, leadership coaching.

My Approach to Recruitment

I apply the same depth to the employer side of the work.

When supporting organisations with hiring, I do not simply match CVs to job descriptions. I evaluate leadership character, decision-making style, cultural alignment, behaviour under pressure and fit with the organisation's unspoken dynamics.

I approach recruitment as strategic matching. The goal is not to fill a vacancy. The goal is to identify the person who will genuinely move the organisation forward.

Building for the Future

Alongside my consulting work, I am developing my own recruitment and career consultancy brand in the UK, with plans to establish a recruitment agency. I am actively exploring AI-assisted recruitment processes, LinkedIn visibility strategy and recruiter branding as part of that growth.
